Job Description:

As the HR/Admin Manager for our cosmetics company in Lekki, your role is multifaceted and crucial to our success. You will be responsible for managing both our team and business operations, handling HR functions, and representing the director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of our cosmetics business, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead and supervise the HR team, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and values.
  • Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and talent development activities, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Represent the director in various capacities, including meetings, negotiations, and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and enhance the work environment to ensure a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • Handle administrative duties, such as office management and vendor relations, to support our daily cosmetics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.


  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a related field.
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience in HR and administrative management.
  • Prior experience in the cosmetics industry is highly advantageous.
