As a HR intern, your duties may include but not restricted to the following;
-Posting and sharing jobs in the appropriate channels.
-Screening/reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
-Assessesing candidates and matching with jobs accordingly.
-Assisting with salary negotiations and welfare packages.
-Creating/implementing employee development.
-Working directly with management on growth strategies and key projects.
-Follow up on candidates and updating records approriately.
-Serve as support person for content creation.
-Achieve the daily, weekly and monthly deliverables.
A passionate individual with background in social science/education/humanities.
Understands a start up environment and devoted to it’s success.
Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask & work without supervision
Cope well under pressure
