About Us:

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company seeking Remote Business Development Officers to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in our growth by identifying and enrolling premium clients onto our platform.

Job Summary:

The Remote Business Development Officer is responsible for generating leads and enrolling premium clients on our platform. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Generate a minimum of 25 quality leads daily through various channels and strategies.
  2. Client Enrollment: Successfully enroll a minimum of 2 premium clients onto our platform each day, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  3. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and enrollment activities using our CRM system.
  4. Follow-Up: Engage in proactive follow-up with leads and potential clients to facilitate enrollment.
  5. CRM Utilization: Effectively utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and track leads, client interactions, and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Diploma-equivalent or higher.

Working Duration:

  • Work Hours: Full-time, from 7 am to 5 pm.
  • Work Days: Mondays to Saturdays.
